The company is structured in such a way that it develops ranges of green products through its R&D and markets these products by bringing collaboration with development agencies, governments agencies and private sector. The company integrates itself with the global development agenda and cross-cutting issues like global warming, bio-diversity conservation, technological innovations, etc., to work as national and international actor of change. In its core, the company has the following three major functions:
A separate unit for R&D works for innovation, product design, product diversification, quality improvement to address the consumer feedback. This unit make plans and strategies for future.
There are separate production lines for each product managed by Production Line Managers. Chief of Production unit controls and manage all production lines.
The marketing unit coordinate and collaborates with development agencies, national/provincial/local government, CSOs, private sectors for promotion and marketing of company products. The service centers are functioning to provide after sales services which are also the part of the marketing unit.
